Order Processing & Dispatch
We take great care in processing and shipping your orders efficiently.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this notification, it means your order is still being processed.
Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid missing important updates.
Time-sensitive / gift orders: At this time, we are unable to accommodate time-sensitive delivery requests or gift requests. We recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for processing and transit times.

Shipping Method (Standard + Express)
We ship using Australia Post. You can choose from:
International Standard (non-urgent, tracked where available)
International Express (faster service, tracked; typically includes signature on delivery)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, peak-season parcel volumes, public holidays, customs processing, and disruptions in local postal networks. For destination-specific estimates, refer to Australia Post’s international delivery times guide.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Transit Only)
Delivery timeframes start after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
Australia (Domestic)
Domestic delivery timeframes start after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery speeds depend on your location, service selected, and current Australia Post network conditions.
Parcel Post (Standard): Australia Post’s typical delivery estimate is 2–6 business days.
Express Post: Australia Post’s typical delivery estimate is next business day within the Express Post network (some areas may take longer).
International (estimated)
International Standard:
Australia Post’s International Standard is commonly estimated at 5-10 business days between major metro areas (destination dependent).
In real-world conditions (customs, remote locations, peak periods), Standard delivery may take around 10-15 business days.
International Express:
Australia Post’s International Express is commonly estimated at 3-6 business days (destination dependent).
In real-world conditions (customs, remote locations, peak periods), Express delivery may take around 5-10 business days.
Travel & Delivery Completion
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not update in real time.
A parcel is considered delivered once tracking shows “Delivered” (including safe-drop/authority-to-leave where applicable). If your delivery address is safe-drop eligible and the carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for theft after delivery.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Address changes must be requested before dispatch.
Once a shipping label has been created or the parcel has been lodged with the carrier, we may be unable to make changes.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee a full refund (see “Returns to Sender” below).
Postal Delays & In-Transit Parcels
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes, international customs congestion, extreme weather, or disruptions in your local postal network.
If your package is still in transit and tracking shows movement, we are unable to issue a refund under this policy. We will continue to monitor tracking and, where appropriate, lodge an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
Returns to Sender (RTS) / Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal to pay import charges (where applicable), failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, we can offer one of the following options:
Reship the order (additional shipping cost applies), or
Refund the item value only, minus original shipping and handling costs.
We cannot guarantee a full refund for Returned-to-Sender parcels.
United States Customers - Tariff & Handling/Admin Fees
US import requirements may include tariffs and import processing fees. Australia Post has published guidance indicating that goods with Australia as the Country of Origin are subject to a 10% tariff on import into the United States, and that import totals may include the 10% tariff plus Zonos handling/admin processing fees.
If duties/taxes/tariffs are collected at checkout via Zonos for your order, these amounts are collected at checkout and remitted through Zonos.
Final assessment and clearance decisions are made by US authorities and/or the carrier.
Shipping to the European Union (EU) - Regulatory Notice (PPWR)
The EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) entered into force in February 2025 and is expected to apply generally from 12 August 2026. We are reviewing compliance requirements that may affect packaging and shipping processes into EU countries.
If any changes to EU shipping policies occur, we will update this section accordingly.
Orders returned due to customs or regulatory issues may be eligible for only a partial refund, as shipping and handling costs will be deducted.
